Strength Training for Women
Females have different physiology to males, therefore their exercise programs need to be designed accordingly. Strength and Conditioning for Women is a course designed to assist fitness instructors and personal trainers with programming considerations specific to women.
Students must hold a minimum of a Certificate III in Fitness.
At the completion of this course, you will be equipped to improve your clients exercise adherence as well as design and deliver more tailored exercise programs.
